Dave Matthews Band has to be one of the most talented bands of all time. Not only are they one of the most successful touring acts ever, but they have managed to build on their talents for the past 20 years.

That’s right, this year marks their 20^th year together as a band. And a culmination of the band’s talent can be found in “Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King.” The album, which is fantastic, was up for Album of the Year, but surprisingly that went to Taylor Swift.

I don’t get why we are still talking about Swift. Yes, it was rude of Kanye West to interrupt her, but now I’m getting why he did. So let me apologize to him for calling him out when he didn’t let her finish her speech at the MTV Video Music Awards.

If you haven’t checked out the album from DMB, then I highly recommend it. I don’t think I would have minded them losing so much if it would have been to someone else, even if it was Beyonce. At least Beyonce has a voice that can perform on record or in person.
