Your Team at Walden at Chatham Center

I have been the Property Manager at Walden for 4 years and in this industry since 1997. I love the diversity of our community and strive to make every resident’s stay here comfortable and enjoyable and a place they love to call home. I have a two year old who keeps me very busy while not at work. My husband and I love to spend time playing with her and laughing at the silly things she does. I also enjoy gardening and reading.

My name is Lucretia Hall, better known as "Lu". I am the Assistant Manager at Walden. I am a veteran of the ARMY, mom and wife. I have been in property management since 1999. I am a certified Public Housing Manager and Certified Assisted Housing Manager for a majority of Section 8 programs. Working at Walden hasn't been much like work since it has been so rewarding, fun, and satisfying to my objectives to satisfying resident needs. In my spare time, I love to teach bible study to my middle grades students, hanging out with my 5 year old son and joking around with my mom.

Hello, my name is Christy Ouimette and I joined Walden as the Leasing Professional in December 2010. I am new to this business but I am excited to learn and challenge myself with this new experience. I am excited about helping everyone find the perfect home and enjoy their experience at Walden. I enjoy the simple things in life and my hobbies are reading, watching movies, and going to the beach.

Drew Rogers has been the Service Manager at Preston Grove since fall of 2006 and is dedicated to his residents. He is a husband and father to three beautiful girls, Lisa, Karen, and Samantha. In his spare time he enjoys working on his antique show vehicles and remodeling homes.

I have been on Walden’s Service Team for over 2 ½ years and in this business for 18 years. I love my job! I love people and children and am very sociable. Favorite Pastimes: Softball, Spending time with my kids.

My name is Mike Guy and I joined the Service Team at Walden in October 2010. I have been in maintenance and plumbing since 2006 and really enjoy what I do. I enjoy people and fixing things. I have 2 daughters who I love spending time with and my hobbies are fishing and hunting.

My name is Kenneth and I came to Walden in November 2008. I love working here and making the community a place our residents our proud to come home to. I have a three year old son and am engaged to be married. I coach basketball and love sports.
